Board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Thalia Boreland Guare is an Autonomous Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). Thalia is a West Orange resident with over 14 years of healthcare experience and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Health Care Management from the University of Central Florida and a Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Georgetown University. Board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
